About Implementation Engineer

What does an Implementation Engineer do?

As Implementation Engineers, we are tasked with upgrading key business applications resulting from the business’ annual lifecycle activities by installing and configuring new hardware while documenting the upgrading process. We create an adequate, solid, and realistic project plan for each client after detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized software systems. We also communicate with clients throughout the software customization process to gather appropriate feedback before submitting the final product for approval.

Core tasks:

  • coordinate and lead the technical team to ensure that deadlines are met
  • stay up-to-date with the latest development in the field
  • coordinate the UAT end-users activities
