About Import Coordinator

What does an Import Coordinator do?

As import coordinators, we handle and manage incoming deliveries from around the world. Our key responsibility is to ensure that the deliveries are following all customs regulations. The usual job tasks we perform include tracking shipments and inventorying the details to keep records. Our additional tasks are providing advice to customers and improving the shipments through duties. Being import coordinators, we have to take care of the proper packaging of products for shipments and deliveries. Our job requires us to have good international trade knowledge.

Core tasks:

  • organizing and estimating all trade documents
  • administering delivery of cargos and ensuring deliveries under the given time
  • performing all custom formalities and supervise all transaction procedures
