We also oversee track and trace management and monitor goods at all times. We are responsible for the recruitment and training of staff. We manage department budgets. We are responsible for health and safety. We maintain safety manuals, inspect physical conditions of warehouses, equipment, and fleet vehicles. We are responsible for all customer complaints.
