I spent 33 years at Indiana State University. Job descriptions included supervisory and teaching positions at both undergraduate and graduate levels. I spent 10 years as Chair of the Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Media Technology. I spent another 3 years as Associate Dean of the School (now College) of Education.
Pros and Cons
Faculty, staff, and students seemed to share a feeling of quality and friendliness.
The University has perceived to diminish quality in some programs because of lack of resources.
