What does an Information Systems Project Manager do?

As Information Systems Project Managers, we manage crucial client projects. We fulfill project management tasks related to information systems. Generally speaking, we are responsible for the completion of projects on time and within budgets. It is our duty to oversee all aspects of the projects, monitor and summarize their progress, and set deadlines for them. We liaise with upper management and update them with reports on the status of the projects. Also, we work directly with clients because this helps us ensure that deliverables fall within budget.
