As Information Technology professionals, we are responsible for managing and supporting the computer systems, networks, and software applications that organizations use daily. Our work involves troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring systems are running efficiently. We safeguard data through security measures and backup plans. Implementing new technology solutions to meet organizational needs is a key part of our job. We also provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utility of the IT systems.
