What does an Information Technology Specialist do?

As Information Technology Specialists, we are tasked with installing new software and hardware components in accordance with the company’s IT requirements while regularly evaluating the overall IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands. We assist with various network administration tasks while ensuring the security, encryption, and safety of the data storage program. We resolve all IT-related issues that the staff might face when dealing with a new major design update.
