About Infrastructure Specialist

What does an Infrastructure Specialist do?

As Infrastructure Specialists, we oversee and supervise the installation and development of new networking and computing infrastructures while ensuring that it meets the customer’s specifications, budget, and deadlines. We also monitor and analyze systems’ structures in the existing network and coordinate with Computer Specialists to ensure that there will be no productivity setbacks due to a potential malfunction. We install and configure the newly installed operating systems and application software while creating educational support such as video and manual in order to train the staff on how to properly use them.

  • ensure that best practices are implemented at all times
  • proactively anticipate potential bottlenecks or issues
