DescriptionThe Infrastructure/Network Security Engineer 2 leads and participates in the development of enterprise-level network and infrastructure security strategies. The Infrastructure/Network Security Engineer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.Responsibilities
The Infrastructure/Network Security Engineer 2 ensures infrastructure/network security by designing, installing, configuring and administering network infrastructure and security systems. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years experience infrastructure/network security by designing, installing, configuring and administering network infrastructure and security systems
- Understanding of department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
- Master''s Degree in a Technical Field
- Cyber Security Certification

- Develop disaster recovery plans.
