Pros and Cons
Salary and able to work remotely!
It’s a contracting agency and there is no oversight once you are placed at an agency.

Yes, does background checks.. Or at least they did when I worked there 6 years ago. I don't recall having to do a drug test though. If they do, it is probably mouth swab.
Everyone has worked remotely since the pandemic started which is very convenient and safe👍
