I worked at Ingram until they fired me for my production numbers being too low. they expect you to pick over a thousand books in a shift which is totally doable but my covid mask got in the way of my microphone and it did not understand me. The system is well designed and the robots do the talking.

Pros and Cons
great benefits day one
the automated production performance evaluation system

Instead of becoming flexible, the company is implementing policies to be more micromanaging than ever. Management wants to know every move you make. Might be fine for some, but for people who do their job, it seems that they do not trust you.

Pros and Cons
Nice break room
Micromanaging, “raises” are minimal, no upward mobility

I've been an employee with Ingram over a year they have decent benefits ok pay compared to some other places the warehouse itself is just really really hot in the summertime.

Pros and Cons
Christmas Bonus? Holiday Pay
Other places pay more, its really hot, a lot of walking, not very flexible schedules
