About Inside Sales Engineer

What does an Inside Sales Engineer do?

As the inside sales engineers, we are the primary technical resource for internal and external sales crews. We are responsible for vigorously driving and handling the application assessment phases of the sales procedure. We work as a bridge between the clients and engineering teams. We perform our duty as negotiators between sales units and customers to enhance company revenues. Our responsibilities include producing specialized sales reports, applying sales plans and programming, providing technical knowledge and advice to customers. Our work is a full-time job. We mostly work in offices.

Core tasks:

  • negotiating contract terms and conditions according to the needs of both clients and the company.
  • managing, cooling, and observing systems.
  • interacting with the sales team.
  • updating new products and technical meetings.
