About Inside Sales Representative

What does an Inside Sales Representative do?

As Inside Sales Representatives, we work from the company’s offices and communicate with multiple customers through emails or phone calls depending on the list provided by the marketing department. We also make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses and forward the calls to the upper management to assess the quality of each call and document the response of each customer. We coordinate with the upper management to decide how much discounts should be given based on the product’s estimated ROI and other parameters.
