About Installation Manager

What does an Installation Manager do?

As Installation Managers, we monitor and manage all of the installation operations in a company. Planning and administering the activities of installation personnel and guiding them are our responsibilities. We also administer and lead the tasks related to application installation. As Installation Managers, we also recruit, instruct and inspire the installation personnel and workers under our supervision. Our area of work includes types of equipment, software, and hardware. We make sure that the installation workers are staying compliant with the company’s policies and standards.

Core tasks:

  • monitor the activities of installation associates and ensuring that the targets are achieved
  • hold the answerability for meeting the goals and objectives of the organization,
  • direct, handle and oversee the field service administrators who assist in the installation section
  • lead the staffing and instructional necessities for the initiation personnel
