Worked for IOA for 3 years. Worked for a great leader at first (CFO), however HR reorg shifted HR under the CEO/CPO with extremely different values and views that constantly shifted.
Meaningful work and excellent mission! Employee salaries and benefits have drastically improved. Formal performance review process and merit program ensures leaders pay for performance.
HR compliance and fair practices are not the CEO’s strengths, which made the work uncomfortably risky and not in alignment with my own values.
