Building content modules in various learning systems and platforms is a part of our job. We supervise the work of a team of instructional designers. We manage all aspects towards the development of course development goals. It is our duty to determine objectives and develop product schedules. We track progress and communicate details to relevant personnel and departments. We edit instructional materials produced by others. Selecting and training new employees is a part of our job.
