As Instructional Systems Specialists, we develop instructional material and coordinate educational content. We incorporate current technology into instructions. In order to provide guidelines to educators and instructors, we assist in developing curricula and conducting courses. We review the content at all stages of the development process. We provide quality assurance and ensure conformance with contract specifications. Maintaining courseware lessons is a part of our job. We interpret compliance policy and standards for curriculum design. We perform training situation analyses and job task analyses. Supporting the functional design and development of synthetic training systems is our job. We also document the results of analyses.
