About Insurance Assistant

What does an Insurance Assistant do?

As Insurance Assistants, we provide assistance in the process of insurance management. It is our responsibility to contact customers in order to collect required information. We coordinate with insurance agents and brokers for updating and improving insurance policies. It is our job to prepare reports, documentation, and required paperwork in a timely manner. We are responsible for tracking payments from clients and contacting clients for clearing dues and late payments. We also receive incoming mails and deliver them to concerned parties efficiently. It is our responsibility to carry out policy checking and report findings to concerned personnel. We also solve any issues that the customers face.

Core tasks:

  • contact customers for collection of required information
  • maintain customer records in a database
  • perform insurance policy checks and recommend improvements to concerned personnel
  • prepare reports and required paperwork
