As Insurance Counselors, we respond quickly to customer inquiries and requirements. We solicit business, counsel customers concerning coverage policies, quotes insurance rates, and perfectly complete new insurance applications. We also recognize and maintain a fiduciary responsibility to collect down payments.

Core tasks:

  • consulting with customers regarding their benefits, coverage, and financial choices
  • performing aspects of benefit verifications and prior authorization
  • providing ongoing financial education and assistance to customers
  • maintaining customer accounts by recording, obtaining, and updating personal financial and insurance information
