About Intake Specialist

What does an Intake Specialist do?

As Intake Specialists, we are responsible for assisting clients in understanding our services. We also collaborate with team members and attorneys to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations. We develop contact with potential clients to collect information. Answering inbound calls and emails is also part of our daily duty. We also assist attorneys in evaluating potential cases. We also manage calendars and schedule meetings with outside vendors. Working as Intake Specialists, we are also responsible for following up with logistics-related communication from the initial call to the final assessment. Finally, we contribute to developing strategies resulting in accomplishing targets for service delivery and utilization.

Core tasks:

  • managing intake process including staffing intake and caseload assessments
  • following up potential callers and assisting them in utilizing the company’s services
  • collecting and analyzing information and documents
  • creating and managing client’s profile throughout their contact with the firm
