We also collaborate with team members and attorneys to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations. We develop contact with potential clients to collect information. Answering inbound calls and emails is also part of our daily duty. We also assist attorneys in evaluating potential cases. We also manage calendars and schedule meetings with outside vendors. Working as Intake Specialists, we are also responsible for following up with logistics-related communication from the initial call to the final assessment. Finally, we contribute to developing strategies resulting in accomplishing targets for service delivery and utilization.
