Oklahoma-based NTEGRIS is the principal health system comprising of hospitals, rejuvenation centers, physician clinics, mental health facilities, independent living centers and home health agencies spread across the state. The mission, vision and values of the health system reflects its commitment to partner and achieve high-quality service for patients and communities. INTEGRIS lives with an objective to partner with people and help them to live healthier lives and become the most trusted partner for health. This public service corporation assembled under the laws of the state of Oklahoma for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes and particularly engaged in the delivery of health-care services. It is governed by an 11-to-15-member board of directors created up of business and community superiors from all over the state and controlled by President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Lawrence, with the assistance of senior staff in the areas of physician services, strategic services, and finance. The goal of the Health System is to be both accountable and transparent to their patients and the public.
