As Intellectual Property Counsels, we deal with legal issues related to the ownership of service marks, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights. We provide counsel about the rights and obligations of clients. We also represent clients and draft their legal documents. We work with firms that have to preserve trade secrets like designs, product formulas, and production techniques.

Core tasks:

  • providing general legal advice to business teams on the development of technologies
  • drafting, negotiating, and advising on IP transactions
  • providing instructions on prosecuting applications
  • conducting monthly review meetings with the technology team
  • developing and implementing the global strategy with the senior leadership team
