Worked as mid manager in US department with multiple clients. During this time a lot of top managers joined and left. Even the company changed the CEO. The company pretends to be a solution development company while they just provide individual staffing for their clients. Once the project finishes, they break the contract with you. Sometimes with no advance notice. Looks like they started hiring freelancers in EU and Latin America countries as they failing in finding and retaining talents in India. Also they have a lot of problems in top management up to CEO as they have no ideas on how to develop the company and lies about the company size.
