The IT Manager is problem. He made completely False accusations about sabotage without doing any forensic work. Such accusations could destroy a career and is very irresponsible and wreckless. The Manager, later in the day, called and apologized for his mistake but the damage was done. I will be contacting the State of Utah and a labor attorney. IFA (the company) has a rich heritage and is a great place to work.

Pros and Cons
Been in business for 100 years
Poor leadership
