The so called LEADS will bully you till you give up and never want to go back there anymore. The first week, they treat you with respect and tell you all the good stuff pertaining to your job. After that , when they find out how much you get paid hourly, the bullying with start...The so called LEADS treat you like you are nobody...MANAGEMENT sucks !!!! Rather than helping you , they will make sure you FAIL in doing in your job...If you are desperate for a job and can handle them bullying you , go for it... But its not worth it ,,,There are other call center places out there that will treat you like a HUMAN BEING, it doesn't matter how much you try , they will treat you like garbage so you will end up quitting the job...

I started working for IHC about 35 years ago. I loved it, Everything was great. But as time went on of course it became more political and about the money and not the care for the patients. They worked you to the bone, there was a lot of burnout, they wouldn't hire new RNs because of finances, and soon new RNs where taking care of very critical patients with out the experience. The older you got the more they used you, Then when you were almost close to retirement, they found ways to get ride of you because they could replace you with 2 RNs for the amount they were paying you. Human Resources wouldnt stand behind you for any of they things that were happening to you and other older nurses around you. The stories I could tell you about people that they got rid of them. Everyone knew about except I sometimes wondered if the higher up people knew. I also saw a lot of people quit that couldnt stand watching horrible things happen to good people. Cannot recomend IHC.

Pros and Cons
The staff are kind and work very hard, and help you work hard also.
They get rid of their older staff before retirement.
