As Internal Recruiters, we are responsible for identifying the current and future hiring requirements of a firm. We are advertising job openings on a wide variety of channels and design employee referral plans. We source, interview, and evaluate potential candidates. We always try to provide a positive employee experience and develop a good employer brand.

Core tasks:

  • Advertising job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media channels
