Westbrook and Westbridge Manor About the position The Inventory Coordinator reports to the Community Operations Manager and handles the make-ready process on all inventory homes at the community. This includes the matrix process on all homes returned to inventory, abandoned homes and ILO homes. Responsibilities Completes all return to inventory (RTI) matrices each month for timely submission, approval and refurb completion. Ensures inventory accuracy by creating and implementing a set up process for tracking and monitoring all RTI’s and new home deliveries Maintain a preventative maintenance program on all inventory homes (i.e. daily maintenance checks for issues, winterizing as needed for season) Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures Facilitate service needs with manufacturers related to new homes Assist in facilitating used home purchases Work with Community Operations Manager on selecting superior contractors for the best prices for all home-readiness work Ensure that all necessary documentation has been collected from vendors and trades prior to start of work. (i.e.: application form, certificates of insurances, etc.) Ability to address customer needs efficiently Provides excellent customer service Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma 2-3 years of experience as an Inventory management experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and Excel Ability to pay strict attention to detail Experience in manufactured housing set up and processes preferred Experience with Back Office, Manage America, Yardi is preferred Manufactured housing titling experience preferred Good problem-solving skills Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to use various Microsoft computer programs, email, the internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner Personal Characteristics Team oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail Poised and polished professional with excellent oral and written communication skills Strong judgement and decision-making skills Compensation Competitive salary, bonus, and excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA and 401(K) EOE
