What does an Inventory Manager do?

As Inventory Managers, we manage the company’s inventory and delegate the warehousing department to perform regular physical counts of all equipment, packages, and supply to ensure that everything is correctly imputed in the database. We also place orders whenever an item reaches the established replacement rate to avoid shortages while ensuring that new trendy items are purchased to reflect the latest development in the marketplace. We ensure that incoming items are well packaged and labeled before placing them in their designed spot.
