Investigative Analyst

We, as Investigative Analysts, are responsible for compiling investigative intelligence. We identify potential targets. We delivering this information in the form of reports. We use various Government databases to research targets. It is our duty to oversee the trends affecting the operations of transnational criminal organizations. We analyze records, open-source material, and social media. We identify drug trafficking organizations. We check and disseminate intelligence to U.S. Federal Law Enforcement partners. We analyze and assess classified and unclassified intelligence and metadata.

Core tasks:

• create investigative lead packets
• establish target patterns and connectivity with on-going investigations
• eliminate duplication of target designations
• produce tactical intelligence products
• perform impartial fact-based investigations
• identify missing information and discrepancies
• develop a strategy for obtaining clear and concise information
• conduct criminal checks, civil lawsuit checks
• organize the flow of background checks
