What does an Investment Banking Analyst do?

Working as Investment Banking Analysts, our fundamental responsibility is to oversee the extensive financial modeling and analysis. We work in investment banks and advisory firms to provide them with various investment solutions. Performing administrative tasks, creating excel and PowerPoint deliverables, and responding to the customers are our duties. We have the ability to identify dangerous risks and control the deficiencies of the business. As Investment Banking Analysts, we coordinate with the accountants and financial experts to prepare legal documents. We work together as a part of the investment banking teams and report the data to the investment banker.

Core tasks:

  • participating in client’s transactions, projects, and assignments
  • conducting strategic analysis
  • forecasting financial risks and providing investment solutions
  • performing several valuation methods
  • develop and maintain long term relationships with both new and old clients
