By further evaluating these areas, we can better understand which variables we can manage, and which require security integration. From the point of conception to down cycling, the IP Protection team works daily to protect projects and support development teams to keep projects moving forward.IP Protection is thoughtful in our approach in protecting confidential projects and initiatives by introducing simple solutions that do not impede on creative environments. Responsibilities • Project planning and execution during product development cycle• Media content initiatives (photo/video shoots/testimonials/product launches)• Secure moves/space planning• Confidential storage• Special Security Provider (SSP) management• Coordinate daily IP Protection security operations• Support the building & improving of security operations using best practices in risk management, physical security and security management • Work with client project teams to plan and execute IP security for confidential projects• Prepare operations orders and conduct after action reviews• Perform site assessments for satellite locations, M&A, and research centers• Coordinate directly with Security Service Providers and Vendors to schedule and staff projects that require physical presence• Generate and submit IP security plans to the Product Security Manager as it pertains to each project• Survey and provide thoughtful solutions / after actions to the Product Security Manager• Represent global security in meetings with internal and external partners. Qualifications • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment• Ability to focus on the bigger picture and dive deep when required• Strong collaborator with proven ability to operate successfully with cross functional relationships at all levels of an organization • Experience with building and maintaining relationships with external business partners• Outstanding customer service, communication, and presentation skills• Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills• Strong background in physical security with tech integration and logistics planning• Able to infuse innovation and creativity• Experience with project management creation and follow through• Demonstrates courage with difficult issues despite personal risk or discomfort• Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills that drive results• Knowledge of data collection processes & procedures• Experience with vendor management• Able to write clearly and succinctly in technical and non-technical formats• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays and to handle on-call responsibilities• Ability to travel (including internationally) with little notice to accomplish assignments and responsibilities• 4-years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience• Experience and knowledge of C-TPAT, AEO, TAPA and other industry and/or government security programs• Experience with working in an international environment and amongst various business cultures• Project Management Professional Certification• Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) OptionsApply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendReferSorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
