I worked remotely for IQVIA and enjoyed my tenure there - there were many colleagues there that were great to work with. To demonstrate this is an honest review, I'll add that there were two exceptions come to mind - but that was no fault of IQVIA - in fact one of those times my supervisor came to my defense which was a nice 'surprise'. Also, they were very understanding at a time when my mother was hospitalized with COVID which was VERY stressful and they allowed me time off which I was EXTREMELY grateful for. I would happily work there again if the opportunity ever arises.

Pros and Cons
A healthy, employee-friendly work environment. Chances to work on new things.
I can't think of any - the 'cons' from MY experience did not stem from IQVIA itself.

I had the support of many people throughout the years on projects reducing the cost of operation and improving quality of data. The things I created would not have been possible without their support.

Pros and Cons
Opportunities to learn new technologies
Focus on DevOps may not be for everyone

They manage to use their inadequate and problem ridden technology to make workers feel unwanted. You constantly feel they wish you would quit, so I did.

Pros and Cons
The health benefits were cheaper than ACA for high deductible coverage.
They constantly make you do worthless trainings about compliance with corporate policies.

I was hired as a contractor with a 2 year contract. It was conveyed in the interview process most people get hired within that time. At my 2 year mark my contract was over and I was unemployed. I was very disappointed. The company is a very nice company and one I would have been happy to stay with. Management was understanding and helpful to a point. There was little support when there was a conflict and management were asked for by an outside representative. When my contract was up at the company, there was no communication from management to even acknowledge my termination. Communication would have been nice.

Pros and Cons
Friendly environment, beautiful offices, fun special events
If you are contracted, there isn't a thank you at the end. It just stops.

The company cared more about pleasing the client then taking care of their employees dumping whatever the client says on us next day expecting us to figure it out and deal with irate patients because some how a client didn’t update their pts on changes to their program.

Pros and Cons
Not much honestly…
Leads and managers are no where to be found when help is needed.

Phenomenal team to work with however leadership and management is nonexistent in medical data review. Leader openly contributes to hostile environment and degrading team members. Nepotism is blatantly obvious and enabled by upper level leaders. Deeply consider all options before venturing into a relationship with this company.

Pros and Cons
Flexible schedule
No work life balance
