The company was founded by the Irvine Family, back in 1864, starting as a humble 185 sq. mile ranch, with its headquarters located in Newport Beach, California, USA, wholly owned by Donald Bren. The company attained popularity after its planned development project to redesign the city of Irvine and the Newport Coast. The new city quickly rose to fame, with many magazines and real estate prospectus calling it one of America’s most desirable community locations, housing 280000 plus residents currently. A rich portfolio of shopping centers, apartment communities, golf courses, hotels, and resorts further add to the company’s brilliant climb in the real estate market, attracting eager associates to work under the company’s banner.
