As IT Applications Managers, we oversee the maintenance, operational support, and development activities for IT applications. Moreover, we monitor finance systems and implement changes. We leverage systems and IT technology securities and guidelines. Also, we assess business process requirements. It is our responsibility to scale potential solutions and outcomes too. Communicating effectively with key stakeholders is also on our to do list. Working as Applications Managers means liaising with various departments to ensure that various teams meet the requirements of system configurations. These teams include Data Management, Legal, Finance, HR, and IT Infrastructure.
