What does an IT Program Manager do?

As IT Program Managers, we oversee the development of project and program management of an IT department. We manage projects and coordinate complex tasks. We work together with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tasks. Working as IT Program Managers means identifying system needs and program requirements, and then resolve issues internally. We track and communicate project plans. Providing critical input into the program planning process is key in our role.
