As IT Recruiters, our primary tasks include sourcing, screening, and acquiring talent for technical and IT-based roles. We utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to identify qualified candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. We work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure that candidates meet these expectations. Additionally, we coordinate interviews, assess technical skills through various assessments, and aid in the onboarding process. IT Recruiters play a crucial role in ensuring that an organization is staffed with skilled professionals who can drive technological innovation and efficiency.

Core tasks:

• Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conducting initial screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand detailed IT job requirements and preferences
• Coordinating and scheduling technical assessments and interviews
• Managing the offer process and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
