Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is the second largest tax preparation service in the United States that prepares over 2 million federal, state, local income-tax gains annually. The firm is established in New Jersey with a mission to provide hard-working clients an approach to simplify, lower-cost solutions to manage their tax refunds. In 2008, Jackson Hewitt upheld company-owned offices in 28 markets across the United States and 5,763 franchise offices to look after 87% of total number of tax returns. The Company disclosed its new brand logo and slogan “working hard for hardest working” on January 7, 2015 and the return of refund anticipation loans with 0% interest and no credit check and furthermore uses a tax software i.e. ProFiler. This innovative firm provides computerized federal income tax preparation, state income tax, individual tax preparation services through its brick-and-mortar operation. The firm proposes an online Support Center under which employees are trained to acknowledge the software and technology needs and offers remote assistance in the form of email, chat, and telephone support. Over the weeks of October 26 and November 16, 2020 Jackson Hewitt and its franchisees participated in two National Hiring Weeks as well as they conducted on-the-spot interviews and increased offers to qualified candidates.
