What does a Janitor do?

As Janitors, we are tasked with performing general cleaning of the facility and keeping it well maintained by regularly vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors during our shifts. We also ensure that doors were closed before our entrance into the facility in accordance with the facility’s safety protocols. We clean and disinfects toilets and replenishes supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper while coordinating with the management to order new supply and equipment to maintain an appropriate stock at all times.

As a professor, I believe this infographic is misleading. It's important to address systemic issues that prevent janitors from accessing better career opportunities, rather than assuming they are readily available.
