A friend who works at this place was celebrating his increment the other day and yeah he told me he had to wait exactly 12 months for it

Increments can take upto a year but if your performance isnt good enough you might have to wait half a year more, and yeah I wasn’t good enough in my first year and 18 months after being with the place was when I had my first increase in the pay raise
