First this company pays decent for this area. My experience there was good and bad. The bad first, mostly hires criminals, the turn over rate is huge because of this. Some employees had terrible attitudes and hygiene. No set work schedule, they expect you to cancel any plans you have if they need to work. Cleaning lady there thinks she owns the place, bad attitude and loud trouble maker. The management is paid way more than they should be, when they do the least amount of work. Now the good, met some really good people as well. The Hispanic people there were the hardest working people. Most really nice and genuine.

The position was great. Management was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had to endure. I was encouraged to file a complaint for harassment by my onboarding coordinator. Retaliation was the next thing, which ultimately meant my supervisor was suspended for three days. She was then allowed to return as my direct supervisor until I transferred to the evening shift. She is still there causing the same toxic environment for employees too intimidated to complain on her. The most unprofessional, toxic, harassing experience of my life!!!

I liked working for this company, but wanted to advance in the company and was never given the opportunity.

This company has alot of issues and supervisor favor certain people and they say you get a pay raise after your probation period but they don't do that they do it when the supervisor decides you should get it. If you apply to go to a different department for an open position they will hire someone new before they even give you the opportunity to change jobs.
