As work-at-home Reservations Crewmember, performed the following tasks: • Provided consistent customer service through one-on-one customer telephone contact to schedule air travel on JetBlue™ flights in North, Central, and South America, and the Carribean islands, • Provided exceptionally effective and problem solving skills to promptly meet customer inquiries, registrations, and other general requests, • Was flexible and able to work at any time, • Was willing and able to contribute to the development of a growing team environment.
