Title Jira Administrator Location North Chicago, IL Duration 6 Months+ Locals Only Description Responsibilities bull Providing operational support for an Enterprise Data Catalog o Documentation and testing for upgrades and custom development o Defining requirements for custom development o Developing and maintaining metrics for adoption and governance o Developing content completeness governance processes bull Providing training for Enterprise Data Catalog o Refinement and updating training materials o Providing live trainings and on-demand trainings bull Provide support for additional team tools and projects. Skills Required bull Excellent written and oral communication skills bull Highly comfortable with presenting to small to large groups bull Highly comfortable providing training to a variety of users with a range of backgrounds (technical, non-technical) bull Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle Processes bull Comfortable working independently, in small teams, and cross-functionally bull Willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and methodologies Nice to haves bull Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Alation, Spotfire, Qlik, SharePoint bull Familiarity with data governance and data management concepts bull Basic comfort with writing and running SQL queries In Take Notes bull Top three to five technical skills wanted? Jira administration, basic SQL queries, reporting bull Top three to five soft skills wanted?
