There is contradictory information from different leads which is a problem when starting out, scheduling can change several times a week and can happen the day before you head out to a site. Management is not the best when communicating and often don't say when you have crossed a line or will not punish those that refuse to meet quality standards even when it effects making a deadline. Not the worst problems a company could have but is an issue when many that start this job are recent college graduates that don't have much experience in the corporate world yet.

To be honest, I liked my experience there, starting from the job interview it was quite friendly. Then at work, most of the times I really had great leaders whom I learned from. I was growing to a higher posiiton at least once every 2 years, and I doubled my income in 4 years, great for the local market. However, what I didn't enjoy is that I saw many bosses even regionals being let go in a sudden way. It was a scary feeling, and our minds were thinking "when is that going to happen to me".

Should not of stayed after 2 days, coworkers are not friendly. Not willing to teach or give anyone lead. Oneside judgement, by supervisor and manager. It is not JLL it was the account i was on.

Good company, with good benefits and fair pay. I had a good supporting SFM and Regional manager over me that were very supportive and understanding.

The company is great, but the account was very demanding and with a short staff that required my team to be on call 24/7 unless you were on PTO. Alot of hours worked due to travel from one place to another. Two people covered alot of mid-west Tennessee and Kentucky.

Gave two weeks notice and left on good terms when I went to reapply at a different location I found out that I was ineligible for rehire. I called HR and she came to the determination that there was no reason for me to be on that list and someone in management had a vendetta against me. She overturned that decision and made me eligible for rehire again but it just goes to show what type of people are in charge over there

Great place to work all co workers and managers respect each others input, and alot of room to grow.

Not good leadership. Not good management. Goals and job titles not well defined , Not a lot of support from upper management.
