About Job Captain

What does a Job Captain do?

As Job Captains, we act as team leaders of an architectural or construction project. We monitor the progress of architects and draftsmen. We are responsible for keeping a schedule, staying on budget, and ensuring smooth operations of tasks. Communicating with the clients, team leads, and draftsmen throughout each stage of the project is part of our daily responsibilities. We prepare construction documents and oversee the daily operations of a project. We coordinate with senior management during all phases of project delivery and manage client and consultant communication. Working as Job Captains, we produce, manage, and coordinate construction legal papers and licenses.

Core tasks:

  • plan and organize the efforts of a production team
  • develop relationships with clients
  • adhere to the codes of the company’s policies
