I worked there for years… they pay people coming in more than you don’t wanna match your pay you can work more than others cause they have favoritism they don’t wanna approve your time off for vacations because they are short. Manager is never around and rarely seen they block your transfers to other departments it’s a toxic work environment

Pros and Cons
Medical benefits
No parking you have to pay. Your pay won’t match someone else’s poor communication

I came to JHH as an intern. Once completed I was interviewed for housekeeping position where I was offered a FT position with benefits. I later took a test to become supervisor of Environmental Care received promotion after interview but within 90 days of employment as EVC Supervisor I was demoted due to my physical restrictions. So I’m currently a FT EVC Associate II

JHH does not stand by their employees or live by their core values. Leadership is very hierarchical and does not support employee growth, they are concerned about senior leadership personal advancement.

Pros and Cons
Only positive is the patients
You have to pay for parking and shuttle to the hospital; leadership is not kind or supportive
