Management unethically misleads recent grads to think that this position is an analytical position where you will be driving real value when in reality it is a call center that takes at least 3 years to work your way out of unless you leave the company. This role should be for individuals without college degrees as it requires little to no analytical work or finance background.

Very easy if you’re not looking for a challenge
Boring and demeaning job, very low pay, little room for career growth
