whatever you have to do to get those numbers or you’re called into a glass walled office and berated where everyone can see. It’s a rank and yank and everyone is competing. Everyone is so desperate to try to get ahead of someone else that no one works together.

Pros and Cons
Decent pay. Great benefits
You are defined by your numbers and nothing else

Chase is not like they're older employees and finds ways of getting rid of them. If you're over 40 you need to worry about your job security. If you make more than your manager you need to worry about your job security. They hire uneducated young management that does not know how to deal with people. Plus 20 years in banking this was the worst job I ever had.

Pros and Cons
Great pay and benefits
Poor Management training, age discrimination
