Junior Achievement USA is a global non-profit youth organization that inspires and prepares young people to succeed in a worldwide economy. It was established in 1919 and has its headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The company's vision is to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. It delivers the following programs: financial literacy skills, kindergarten-12th grade, work readiness and entrepreneurship. All these programs help prepare students to have dreams beyond classroom and think about how they can achieve their goals. The organization is guided by the following core values: commitment, passion, integrity, creativity, partnership, and excellence. Junior Achievement has 105 local JA Areas across the United States. The organization is dedicated to providing all people with equal opportunities, which enriches learning experience and promotes greater economic achievements.
