JWilliams Staffing

I was referred to by someone already working in the industry. She was a sales manager for a well-known builder and very successful. They used JWilliams staffing whenever they needed extra help in the office. She said it would expose me to what it would be like working for a builder. Since JWilliams is a staffing agency, I made myself available full-time so I could get as many assignments as possible. I was sent out on assignments for different builders each week and was able to learn a lot. I landed my first new homes job by using JWilliams. I used JWilliams several times to help me get jobs in the industry. The culture and group of people on staff at JWilliams, have been great to work with. I highly recommend JWilliams staffing!!

They are a good staffing company. 1. Starting pay is very low! 2. Not enough hours your lucky to work a full week. 3. The inside schedulers are nice, but they need more training about the different areas, before they send out assignments. 50 to 60 miles just to far to do? 4. They donot reimburse for travel. They should, again the starting pay to low $15.00 hour.
