Recently took a voluntary separation package. I felt the company was really generous and flexible. I know they had to get costs to align with the impact of covid on the business. I thought they treated people really well and offered a good overall package to ease the transition. I would recommend them to anyone.
Pros and Cons
good compensation and annual bonus. Railroad retirement plan.
Kind of bureaucratic. Need to be on the A-list for career growth.
